Job Details: Scope of Position:

Due to the busy Christmas period, WHSmith currently have Team Member (Retail Assistant) casual positions available at our Melbourne Airport stores between November 2019 and February 2020. These positions are initially for the Christmas period, with the potential for ongoing opportunities afterwards.

Role and Responsibilities:

Customer service
Merchandising and refill
Stock processing
Daily cleaning
Meeting sales KPI targets
Stock rotation
Skills & Experience:

Experience in a retail or customer service environment
The ability to achieve targets and KPIs
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility with availability for shifts
Warm and approachable manner
