Job Summary: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will report to the Director of Oreana Group, and have overall accountability for providing financial direction and building a robust finance team. This role will provide leadership and assistance to the Directors in respect of; the Finance and Commercial strategy, the optimisation of the company's financial performance, the development of the company's long term vision and resultant strategy and to guide the company towards continued profitability and long-term success.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a high- performing, motivated and commercial leader with a track record in high growth environments. You will be a Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA) with significant experience in Property. Additionally, you will possess;

• A proven ability to support commercial and strategic growth in the Property sector


• Ability to add significant value to the executive management team


• Present insightful financial information with an emphasis on performance reporting


• Advise on tax effective structures for existing and new developments


• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and support future direction/ strategy and business plans/cases


• Coach and mentor a finance team of 6


• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity


• Provide recommendations for the implementation of new development and accounting software
