Espresso Warriors is an innovative café franchise with a passionate and skilled team of individuals delivering specialty coffee, wholesome food and exceptional service to our customers and surrounding communities.

We are now expanding our team and are looking for the right person with passion and values, to join our team in our Mittagong store, located inside Highlands Market Place. We are open 7 days a week and looking for someone who is available to work 30 + hours a week, weekends included.

The ideal Candidate will fulfil the following requirements:

Planning menus, estimating amount and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients, and order required supplies.
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Discussing food preparation issues with managers and kitchen staff.
Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
Preparing and cooking food.
Determining how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
Instructing cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
Explaining, monitoring and enforcing sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
Understanding of Food Safety and OHS
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
An ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail.
Flexibility and reliability to work a variety of shifts including earlier, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
