Job Details: Assist in rolling out a Change Framework across Agile, Business/Process
Contribute towards the ongoing improvement and maturity of the organisations Change Framework and Capability
Design and deploy change impact assessment workshops with stakeholders and deliver outcomes
Conduct gap analysis, engaging key stakeholder relationships
Coach key stakeholders throughout the change life-cycle
Work with Scrum teams in an Agile manner, for changes that involve Agile delivery
