Job Summary: Change Communications Lead|Manager Change Comms Lead/Manager needed to work with the Program Change Manager for the final 6 months of a business transformation program that will enable their customers to have an improved experience when making an insurance claim. The Program includes changes to eg. robotic process automation, business processes, improvements, operating model, role capability etc that will essentially uplift claims handling capabilities for the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Change Manager in contributing to the change and communications plans


• Apply a change management approach and methodology for the people side of change


• Undertake high level and detailed impact analysis. Perform change impact analysis to identify gaps and determine scope of change management - including strategy, resources, estimates and plans


• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in an easy to understand manner

Competencies and experience

• 8+ years’ change experience in implementing organisational change management on transformational projects, impacting systems, processes, & culture. Ideally you would have commenced as a change analyst then progressed upwards over the years. You should be able to demonstrate at least 2 end to end programs that you have been involved


• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process


• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools


• Experienced in performing change impact analysis to identify gaps and create change management plan as well as facilitation workshops and developing tactical communications


• Strong ability to work at the strategic and tactical level

Furthermore you will be a highly skilled business professional with extensive experience in project management, change management, organisational development and large business transformation programs implementing change to align with strategic business goals. You are a passionate and motivated Change Specialist of transformation programs.
