Essential Selection Criteria (To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the following skills and experience are required):

• Proven exceptional sales ability: minimum 1 year’ experience in a retail sales role


• Demonstrated exceptional customer service


• Natural ability to build relationships with excellent people skills including ability to network, build rapport, establish and maintain long term customer relations


• Passion for a sales focused career


• Driven to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction


• Demonstrated general computer, customer data system and administrative skills


• Excellent personal presentation

Preferred selection Criteria:

• Completion of retail sales courses


• Previous retail fine jewellery or luxury experience


• Be seeking a career not just a job


• Have a zest for on-going learning to grow your career in retail jewellery sales


• Keen to work long term with a Company you can represent with pride


• Ability to draw and sketch jewellery


• Excellent personal presentation


• Good merchandising skills


• Ability to think quickly and creatively

Responsibilities:

• Retail jewellery sales and consultation with clients with the use of solution focused sales procedures


• Build rapport and engage with clients both in the Gallery and during follow up according to company procedures


• Upkeep of Gallery functions including stock replenishment, displays, visual merchandising and daily tasks


• Miscellaneous retail sales assistant responsibilities as outlined in job description


• Execute job description responsibilities consistency and within productivity measure
