Job Details: Randstad are proud to be partnering again with this State Government Department recruiting for multiple casual Customer Service Officers.

FEBRUARY START DATE

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and flexible candidates who are available for a February 2020 start.

These are ongoing positions on a casual basis where successful candidates will be required to provide quality face to face customer service within departmental legislative, policy and operational requirements and work across multiple sites including Toowong, CBD, Chermside, Strathpine and Caboolture.

Key Duties:

Provide quality face to face customer service within departmental legislative, policy and operational requirements.
Respond to all customer enquiries accurately within a timely manner
Contribute positively within a team environment and support other customer service officers and trainees
Carry out operational and administrative tasks
Ensure relevant finance standards and audit requirements are met
Observation of security systems
Consult with management, staff and clients on matters of policy, procedures and standards. The successful candidates will have:
Proven customer service experience
Previous Government experience is highly advantageous but not necessary
Strong computer navigational skills and the ability to work across multiple platforms
A commitment to quality administration and client services
Ability to work in a busy environment to resolve enquiries in a collaborative, timely and responsive manner
Ability to maintain a high standard of data recording
Working effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team, including assisting with quality assurance and participation in corporate activities
Flexibility to work across the sites within Greater Brisbane Eligibility
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Candidates will be required to pass a Criminal History Check and are required to disclose any serious disciplinary action taken against them in public sector.
Candidates must hold a current C class driver licence and be flexible to work across the various Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centres.
