Job Summary: With 6 daily passenger flights and 5 weekly freighter flights, Singapore Airlines Cargo is one of the largest foreign owned air cargo carriers operating from Sydney International Airport and the first international airline to operate directly out of Canberra Airport. This company is seeking a capable and dynamic individual for the role of Cargo Manager New South Wales.

Job Details: Responsibilities include:

Formulate and drive sales and marketing strategy for NSW Cargo to achieve growth and company objectives. Work closely with the sales team to drive sales and business opportunities out of the NSW region through pricing and utilisation of cargo space.
Lead a team of sales, operations and admin staff through staff development, coaching and training.
Nurture relationships with key customers and shippers to foster long-term loyalty and retention, with a focus on key verticals.
Analyse internal and external data to drive and improve commercial decision-making.
Work with key internal stakeholders to drive global commercial initiatives within NSW
Work closely with ground handling agents, suppliers and vendors to ensure safety and service standards, and achieve reliability and service delivery standards.
Review operational procedures to optimise processes and cost efficiency.
Drive digital transformation within the team and push for digital initiatives.
Collaborate with Passenger departments to develop cross-business opportunities.
