Job Details:Reporting directly to the Business Manager and working alongside our current Care Services Manager, you will provide effective and high quality care management supporting our increasing number of clients who live in the Inner North and Western Suburbs of Brisbane. Specifically you will be responsible for a portfolio mix of private and home care package clients as well as supporting other team members including CAREGivers to provide consistently high quality care services to all our clients.
