Job Details: You will be welcomed into a team that is proud of its heritage, brands and excited about the sunshine that will invite our local and international visitors to experience the unique food and wine offerings of the centre shortly.

Key responsibilities include:

Coffee & beverage making according to our business quality & service standards
Meeting & greeting customers on arrival
Providing a leading café experience at the brand home as well as operating the Jacob’s Creek Store and servicing the welcome desk
Be passionate about wine and able to tailor your customer service delivery whilst having some fun
Actively promote our brands and experiences – we have a few but don’t worry in time you will learn them all
Get involved – plenty to learn if you are motivated and interested in development opportunities
What you will bring to the team:

Previous experience in a Café environment
Availability to work over 7-day roster including occasional evenings
Ability to think outside the box with a positive can-do attitude
Your own flare and passion to interact with visitors to ensure they have a positive experience
As expected, you will be certified in Responsible Service of Alcohol
