Job Summary: Our Construction team are currently seeking a Cadet who is currently studying a Construction Management degree and is ideally in the final or penultimate years of the course In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Estimators, Project Managers, Engineers, Contracts Administrators and Site Managers in the successful management and coordination of bids / tenders, procurement / tendering, and project construction activities. As a cadet you will gain valuable hands on real world experience of the subjects you are studying whilst at uni whilst working across exciting construction projects in the region

Job Details: Your key responsibilities will include:

Assist the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator with construction management and project support.

Assist the tender process by soliciting tenders and assisting in the review of tenders and contractors.
Assist the work win team in tender and bid related activities.

Update project documentation, including sub-contractor documentation, as required for quality assurance, contractual and compliance requirements.

Provide administration support including document management, coordinate and minute meetings, and other administration duties as required.
