Job Summary: Due to our continued company growth and the consequent need to add more strength to the senior management team, this Quality Assurance Manager role has become available Being a prominent role within the organization, as well as being a key part of the management team, you will be technically minded and have thorough experience with the design & construction of high volume custom built cabinetry.

Job Details: On a day to day basis you will be responsible for managing the entire QA process with a major focus on ensuring all customer issues and “extras” are dealt with promptly and the customer is kept fully aware of progress with these crucial parts of their jobs.

This will require reasonable proficiency in Excel to keep updated a spreadsheet to track these issues and, equally importantly, you will be keen to ensure all conversations are confirmed in writing as written communication with the customers is absolutely paramount in this role.
