Job Details: The role will involve portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, handling and managing a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, designing new products and lines for our food service customers, packing orders with our operations team and as required, helping with dispatch and delivery. Early morning starts and Saturday mornings as well.
