Job Summary:
The Enterprise Business Development Representative (E-BDR) works alongside the Enterprise Sales Manager(s) and is responsible for MQL/Lead Qualification & Account Development. He/she will also support the respective ESM(s) with certain sales-related admin tasks such as lead conversion, opportunity follow up/nurture/rewarm. The E-BDR is part of the Pipeline Development Group and works from the Cylance EMEA head office in Cork/Ireland. The Australia Pipeline Development Team is currently mainly focused on developing net new pipeline within new logo Enterprise accounts (>1k employees)

THE JOB:
-He/She will provide the ESM(s) with well qualified customer meetings, with a high probability of converting these into sales opportunities. The E-BDR will also be responsible for all MQL follow up within the assigned territory & maintain a LeadZERO status, nurture long-term prospects be able to tailor conversations by function, role & industry.
-He/She will also target their respective ESM(s) target accounts. These are of strategic importance, so the work of the E-BDR is paramount. The main activities include: joint execution with ESM(s), Account mapping, creation & execution of the strategic penetration plan.
Success is measured based on meetings attended by the ESM, followed by converted pipeline.
In order to accomplish this, the E-BDR needs to be proactive & maintain high activity levels in. As well as email and social networking engagements. Success is measured based on meetings attended by the ESM, followed by converted pipeline.
THE PERSON:
A highly motivated professional with a passion for dealing with people & the desire to move into and succeed within Sales. A keen interest in cybersecurity & the ability to quickly learn and adopt are key. He/she needs also needs to be a great communicator, including the ability to present a solution over the phone to the target audience
