Job Summary: Melbourne VIC $65,000 - $75,000 a year A FANTASTIC opportunity exists for a BDM at Castran Gilbert, one of Melbourne’s leading Real Estate & Project Marketing agencies. Located in the heart of South Yarra, you’ll be developing relationships with investors and referral partners with the view to list investment properties and grow the rent roll.

Job Details: The Role

-Identify and list investment properties to grow the rent roll
-Calling prospects, preparing proposals, meeting clients, negotiating and closing
-Sole BDM in the office meaning you get leads from purchasers and call ins
-You’re also expected to use external sources of business to reach targets – local area marketing, farming the HUGE database of past purchasers and developing relationships with developers and referral partners
-Prepare rental appraisals for Off the Plan projects
-Update database and reporting on investor activity

-Base salary $65,000-75,000 (dep on experience) + super + commission

-No leasing – our leasing team look after finding the tenants allowing you to focus on finding and listing properties
-No territories or listing boundaries – List properties throughout Melbourne
In house graphic designer & digital marketers
-Supportive team of PMs and directors

About You

-Experience in real estate – either BDM, Residential or Off the Plan Sales or Property Management
-Ambition, commitment and hunger to do what it takes
-Ability to follow up and follow through with urgency
-Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with people at many levels
-Agents Rep Certificate / Current Police Check
-Drivers License / own reliable car
