In the last two years, we have tripled in size, extended our service offering and geographical remit and are dedicated to becoming the go-to partner in the services we offer.
Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, Martin Place; you will report into and work in partnership with the Sales Director where you will collectively develop and deliver innovative technology solutions and services to both existing and new clients. This will involve but will not be limited to:
Building and maintaining client relationships by developing an intimate understanding of their business needs and aligning our solutions and/or services accordingly
Pro-actively chasing leads and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities leveraging internal resources, tools, and systems
Acquiring and updating knowledge of TL's and our competitors' goods and services including developing an innate understanding of market conditions.
Supporting the delivery of TL's business growth strategy through service diversification and selling services into existing and new Client networks.
Working closely with technical resources in order to develop fit for purpose solutions for clients in response to proof of concepts, statements of work and tenders. This will include drafting and finalising responses.
Represent the business at industry events both locally and interstate as well as strategically plan and organise customer functions
Engage, coordinate, liaise with and manage internal and external partners, stakeholders and/or vendors in order to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
Hands-on involvement through each stage of the sales life-cycle from pre-sales to delivery
Working within a dynamic team environment you will play a pivotal role in not only growing the business but broadening our services and remit. Therefore, in order to be considered for this opportunity you will possess the following:
In the region of 5 years + services sales experience gained within and/or servicing the technology industry
A comprehensive understanding & passion for the technology industry including the latest technologies and industry trends
Demonstrable experience building, growing and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and communicate up and across to secure buy-in and deliver solutions. This will be aided by your strong negotiation and influencing skills
Proactive individual who is flexible and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves in order to get the job done
