THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Business Development Manager at Fuse Recruitment, you'll facilitate the introduction and development a range of customers and vacancies to our experienced Manufacturing and Infrastructure Team. Your goal will be to achieve the strategic business development and sales targets of our business whilst building a successful pipeline of vacancy for the broader team of Account Managers, Consultants and Resourcers. Your success will support the strong growth and ongoing expansion of our business while you develop your Recruitment and Management career.

REQUIREMENTS
Just like your Clients, we are looking for the one in a million to join our team. To be seriously considered for this role please have the following:
Minimum of 5 years experience working within a B2B Sales or Recruitment environment selling to the Manufacturing and/or Infrastructure sectors within Melbourne
A passion for business development and creating relationships
Strong relationship management capabilities with both Clients and Candidates
A high level of motivation and personal drive to deliver results
A keen interest in staying up to date with the latest technology, developments and market knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communications
An innovative and out-of-the-box-thinking mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Business Development Manager at Fuse Recruitment, you'll support our Clients and Candidates by providing first class recruitment solutions whilst working towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in a fast-paced team environment.
You'll be responsible for:
Setting the strategic sales and customer management direction for our Manufacturing and Infrastructure team
Driving sales and business opportunities through proactive selling and relationship management
Driving sales and marketing strategies in line with the broader business strategies.
Management of the recruitment process including information management within our CRM and ATS, writing advertisements and ensuring candidate compliance
Providing outstanding service and support to our stakeholders
