What you will be doing

In this fun and challenging role, you will showcase your skills and knowledge as you sell conveyors, dust extraction solutions, material handling equipment, mining tools, and other engineering products and services. Your target market includes but not limited to companies and organisations in the mining, oil, gas, building, and construction industries.

You will spend the majority of your time making sales calls and travelling across Western Australia to find and deal with established clients and new customers. Ensure compliance of OSHA/MSHA requirements when managing or conducting equipment installations and maintenance.

Your knowledge of engineering equipment will be handy in providing consultation to distributors and dealers. Your other duties are to assists with customer visits, provide technical support to clients, improve the sales processes, and conduct systems selling (MESG projects). Prepare and maintain accurate reports of sales forecasts, expenses, and performance.

What you must have to apply for this role:

Several years of engineering & industrial sales experience or similar
An engineering background
Previous experience managing a sales territory
An industrial or mechanical engineering degree or similar
You will be highly regarded if you also have:

Technical aptitude about construction machines
A positive attitude & go-getter mentality
A self-starter & cooperative attitude
