Job Details: Key responsibilities include:

Purely focused on building the rent roll, you will be driven, focused and have a proven track record in business development within Real Estate.

Sourcing new managements and building the existing, extensive rent role
Excellent organisational and sales skills
Conducting Open Homes
Leasing Properties
Work closely with the Property Management team
Maintain and develop client relationships
Offer professional advice to clients
Arranging and conducting market appraisals
Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
Be familiar with the digital landscape.
Key attributes of a successful applicant;

A minimum of 2 years property management experience
Confidence and motivation
Hold a current certificate of registration
Current Certificate of Registration
Corporate presentation
Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking attitude
Accuracy to working with deadlines
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
