Job Details: Moody Kiddell and Partners are one of Australia's largest finance broking firms. We specialise in Equipment and Property Finance and also have a general Insurance Business. We have been operating for over 30 years and focus on delivering exceptional customer service through extensive product knowledge. We have built strong relationships with clients, lending institutions, machinery suppliers and accountants. We are looking for an Account Executive to support the Insurance SME team in our Brisbane office.

You will:
• Manage renewals and retention of an existing SME portfolio
• Work with clients across the engineering & construction, energy, transport, manufacturing and mining industries
• Negotiate and process renewals, endorsements
• Provide high level customer support to your clients and management
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders

About you:
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualified - Broking
• Great attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
• A customer-centric approach
• Highly motivated looking for a challenging and rewarding position
• You will have preferably worked across all general insurance product lines
• You are well organised and can handle a volume heavy book
• You can handle working under pressure and understand the importance of client servicing
• You have a working knowledge of Sunrise/Insurer Portals

This position is available for an immediate start. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be working from home initially due to the COVID-19 panbdemic with a view to returning to office-based work in the longer term.
