Job Details: Ausenco are currently recruiting a Trade Qualified Boilermaker to work at our Capricorn Copper Mine site. This role will require work on jaw crushing, conveying, and grinding circuits. Along with working on Sag and Ball Mills, Slurry Pump units and associated pipe work.

The mine is located in North West Queensland, working a 15 days on / 13 days off roster with FIFO available from Brisbane / Townsville or Cairns.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Pipework repairs and fabrication
Steel fabrication including chute assemblies and associated structures
Wear plate package fabrication
Chute liner replacement
Adjusting plant operational conditions to ensure maximum efficiency
Perform all maintenance activities to maximise plant availability, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and environmental standards
Assist other maintenance personnel when required
Qualifications
Trade Qualification (Boilermaker Trade Certificate)
Confined Space and Working at Heights qualifications
Demonstrated operational experience in the mining and metals sector
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Commitment and enthusiasm for continuous learning
