Job Summary: You will be part of a local team based out of our Armidale office which includes experienced Biosecurity Officers and the local District Veterinarian. You would be involved in the delivering Animal Biosecurity and Pest Animal functions for the Local Land Service (LLS), focused on the;- prevention, preparedness, detection and response activities to animal diseases and animal welfare,- pest animal control and management- agricultural extension to support these programs. All of this is in line with state and national objectives to contribute to safeguarding the NSW economy, environment and community and meet national and state standards and outcomes.
