Duties

You will be responsible for researching, writing and coordinating proposals that respond to RFTs, ROIs and PPPs in the Facilities Management, Property and Built Environment space. Additionally, you will responsible for:

• Helping coordinate the ‘end to end’ tender process


• Researching and writing bids, EOIs, case studies, presentations and other forms of technical and persuasive communications


• Maintaining and updating information within the tender library


• Producing highly presentable documents, presentations and proposals which reflect our professionalism as an industry leader

Experience Required

• Proven experience writing / editing professional and compelling content


• High level organisation skills and ability to achieve tight deadlines


• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail


• Ability to proactively seek out information, build rapport and liaise with all levels of stakeholders across the business


• Ability to format and manage large documents

The successful applicant will be an accomplished bid writer who can demonstrate their skills through examples of written work.
