Job Summary: Little Ethel’s in Balmain is looking for a new team member. We are a busy little Café located 10 minutes from Sydney CBD. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years coffee experience, latte art skills, ability to work under pressure and ideally experience in a commercial kitchen. Apart from working behind the machine we will also require you to do some shifts in the kitchen (preparing Sandwiches, simple breakfast dishes, making smoothies etc.)
