South Yarra institution, Botanical Hotel, is seeking inspired Baristas to join our ever-expanding team. We are a diversified venue featuring a brasserie, bar, exclusive event spaces and wine store.

We have a keen focus and extensive reputation for seasonal and sustainable produce to deliver on trend, quality meals using both new and traditional cooking techniques.

We care about your development and training. Working alongside our professional team, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to gain experience and grow in a vibrant, fast paced environment. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic, passionate and show a strong knowledge of Melbourne's coffee scene.

Experience working within a team and a minimum of two years in a similar position will be highly regarded.
