Job Summary: Part-time Bank Manager would suit someone looking for a sea-change or looking to cut back to 3 days a week. Bank management experience is preferred but a senior manager from another industry will be considered if they have strong business development and/or community engagement experience

Job Details: Bank Branch Manager – Idyllic Sea change/ Tree change - 3 days per week

We have a great new position for an experienced Bank Branch Manager to take charge of the development and growth of an established bank branch in an idyllic seaside location in Eastern Victoria.

Initially offered as 3 days a week, essential requirements for the position include:
• An experienced Bank Manager, assistant Bank Branch manager or non-banking executive manager looking for a change,
• A strong business development background in retail, community or rural based business,
• A passion for both banking and/or community engagement and development,
• A comprehensive understanding and commitment to the strict compliance with banking policies, practices and procedures.
• Proven mentoring, coaching and development of branch staff, and
• A commitment to excellence and process improvement.
