Job Details: Role responsibilities includes:

Support the execution of business plan and growth initiatives for existing investments
Valuation analysis with respect to new opportunities and assisting with the co-ordination of periodic independent valuations of the existing portfolio assets
Research and strategy development
Investment due diligence on a wide range of global opportunities - including attending management meetings, numerical analysis of investment performance, appointment and management of external consultants, and assisting in the production of investment papers
Contribute to investment decisions and risk analysis across our global portfolio
Assist with ongoing reporting and valuation responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate

You will have previous financial or commercial experience with some knowledge of the infrastructure industry and key trends. You will also have:

2-5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or asset management role, with strong preference at either a leading investment bank, financial advisory or accounting firm, fund manager or other similar companies
Outstanding numeric skills, particularly advanced financial modelling and analysis
Strong verbal, written, presentation and time management skills
Ability to prepare structured business reports, interpreting complex material and make decisions based on imperfect information
A strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and critically analyse key business issues and strategy
Ability to apply sound investment and financial market and product analysis
Capability to interact with senior management and external advisers to produce results and develop long-term productive relationships
Strong time management and problem solving skills.
