We currently have a fantastic opportunity on offer for an Assistant Store Manager with solid retail management experience to work at our Gladesville store in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time role with a fortnightly roster that includes alternating weekends, which means you will have one weekday off each week.

Job Details: Duties & responsibilities

Assisting the Store Manager to deliver sales and profit results
Be accountable for your personal sales, the store financials and stock management
Supervising, guiding and training the team in stock management, personal performance and administrative requirements
Ensuring all customers are provided an expert and unparalleled service every time
Developing strong product knowledge in order to achieve personal sales and to impart that knowledge to the team.
Completing administrative requirements in the absence of the Store Manager
Championing health and safety in the store, educating the team and ensuring it is a priority at all times
