ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to be involved in opening our brand new store at the The Glen Centro, Glen Waverley.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead and manage our high profile Supre The Glen Store. Here, no two days will ever be the same!

As Assistant store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store driving your team to meet sales targets and operational goals. In addition, you will motivate your team to reach their potential to achieve personal and business objectives while maintaining a customer focused and inspiring environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


• You have previously managed a fast-paced retail store to a level that shows us you can effectively take on the challenge


• Your resilient nature allows you to adapt to your environment and get the job done no matter what the situation is


• You have demonstrated a leadership style that comes naturally to you, motivating and inspiring your team to be the best that they can be, every day


• You have the ability to execute world class visual merchandising on a weekly basis that is with what our Supre girl wants.


• You have the ability to thrive under pressure and multi-task so that the priorities of customer service, operations and your team are always executed with excellence
