Your new company
Based in the lower north shore, this growing retail / manufacturing start up is a leader in its industry. This organisation is committed to offering eco friendly solutions to their customers along with a high level of customer service. Due to their growth, they are looking to bring on an Assistant Accountant to support their finance team.

Your new role
Sitting within a small finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing / assisting with AP and AR
Cash flow management, analysis and forecasting
Reconciliations
Posting to the GL and GL maintenance
FA register
Month end reporting and commentary
Assisting with board reporting
Analysis of balance sheet and P&L
Ad hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed
As this is a company in a growth period, you will need to be adaptable, comfortable with change and able to problem solve/think outside the box. You will have proven experience within a similar position and have excellent communication skills. Exposure to Netsuite is highly desirable and experience working within a stock/inventory based environment would be beneficial.
