The Role

The CFO and the financial controller of this emerging success story in WA are looking for a skilled, part qualified assistant accountant on a three month contract engagement to ease workload, provide support accounting on a month end basis and give the finance leadership time and room to consider the permanent finance team structure.

Core work for this temporary assignment could include:

Balance sheet reconciliations
Financial statement preparations
Bank account reconciliations
Rudimentary financial modelling
Support for data integrity in budgets, forecasts and variance commentary
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
Support for payroll accounting
"what if" business case scenario building
Ad hoc accounting projects
Your Profile
Looking for a part qualified and available assistant accountant for a contract engagement with opportunities for extension and permanency. No planned holidays through the next three months.
