The revenue for this organization is increasing on a dramatic basis and they are searching for an experienced Assistant Accountant to provide support to the Finance Manager.

The Job…..

Reporting through to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Accounts payable – processing invoices, preparing payment runs, reconciliation of accounts, petty cash reconciliations
Processing high-volume manual journal postings
Payroll for approximately 120 staff located nationally
Daily bank reconciliations
Assist with month end reporting and cash flow management
Support and assist the Senior Financial & Management Accountant with various ad hoc duties

You…..

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Assistant Accountant
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is mandatory
CA/CPA Qualifications are advantageous
Strong written & verbal communication skills
