WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- You will be responsible for coaching your club managers and in some cases their team members in maximising the profitability and growth within their clubs
- You will be a sales gun and drive the entire process from active lead gen, sign-ups and the personal individualised experience after joining.
- You will ensure that members have a fantastic experience in our clubs at all times and are always met with a smile and a warm ‘Hello’ every time they enter.
- You will be the point of contact for all club managers to ensure their sites are running smoothly.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU…

- You MUST have experience in multi site management for at least 12 months, preferably in a similar position. Applicants with no experience will not be considered
Exceptional people skills.
- You must be able to work in multiple teams with varying motivations and personalities.
- You have experience within the Health and Fitness industry, ideally the health and leisure centre sector.
- You MUST live within a 25 minutes of Baulkham Hills NSW.
- You have a proven track record of managing Sales KPI’s and understand their lead funnel
- You have sound knowledge and experience with digital marketing and outreach activities
- Experience in complaints and resolutions services
- It is preferable that you have your Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Willing to be in promotional marketing material across several platforms
