Job Details: The role

This international practice is currently looking for a talented Architect to work in their Burwood NSW office studio. You will be exposed to the best projects in the state and will contribute to projects that shape your city. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years professional practice experience, ideally including site experience and ideally have a thorough understanding of all necessary construction documentation, local codes and legislation. Strong Revit skills are essential. You will also have good all-round abilities with excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with both the Sydney and international based consultancy teams. This Architectural practice with a reputation for challenging convention and delivering innovative modern designs. Key responsibilities

Work within an established team to deliver high-end projects
Work independently and with initiative
Working on site
Skills and experience
Completed qualifications in Architecture
3 years professional experience
Excellent Revit
Excellent client facing skills including liaising with directors and consultants
Strong organisational skills
Experience in seeing a project from inception to completion, including all documentation processes and tenders, specification writing and contract administration
Knowledge of relevant local building codes and legislation Exceptional communication skill
