Job Summary: Griffith NSW Apprenticeship

Job Details: Due to our growing workload Arrow Locksmith and Security are seeking a motivated first year locksmith apprentice to join our team located in Griffith NSW.

Arrow Locksmith and Security have been operating in Griffith for 2 years and have opened a new shop located at 30 Bridge Road Griffith.

You will have the opportunity to learn skills and gain a qualification through training onsite and will also be required to attend TAFE in Sydney to undertake your apprenticeship.

Duties may include:

Producing and cutting keys cylinders and automotive keys
Install and upgrade locks and hardware
Working on safes
Install security alarms and cameras
Domestic and commercial work
Use hand tools
Assemble and test locking mechanisms
Gain entry to buildings, cars and other automotive vehicles
Install and maintain electric door control devices/systems
Installing master key systems
The successful applicant will have at least a P1 motor vehicle license and own vehicle, be willing to travel to Sydney to attend TAFE, be punctual and well presented, a team player and be willing to undertake a police check and obtain a white card. You will be working in a team environment and be required to work on sites as well as on residential and commercial premises.
