We are currently recruiting an Electrical Whiteware/Appliance Servicing Technician for South Brisbane. The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.

Your key responsibilities:

Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work
Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
Cash collection
Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
Experience required:

3 – 5 years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience
Electrical License with disconnect/reconnect
Strong written, verbal skills and strong PC skills
Provide premium customer service
Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
