Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Airport Operations Manager in Cairns on a permanent part-time basis working an average of 30 hours per week.
Job Details:
Develop, motivate and manage a direct report
Ensure all airport operations meet Cathay’s standards, policies and procedures, as well as satisfying local and international safety and security standards and regulatory requirements
Ensure Ground Handling Agents and other service suppliers deliver the highest level of customer service, service and products to agreed service standards;
Be the Operational Duty Holder in Cairns Airport
Represent Cathay’s interests in airport-related committees and activities
Accountability for managing budgets and operating costs
Effectively handle any Emergency and Accident or other foreseeable airport situations.
