What are we looking for?

An opportunity exists to join the Rural Bank team as an Agribusiness Relationship Assistant (ARA) based in Dubbo. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of administration services to meet client needs on behalf of the Agribusiness Relationship Manager. This challenging and varied role requires an experienced, professional team-player to work within a dynamic team

To be successful in this role you will need a financial and business understanding and be confident in communicating with clients and industry professionals. This includes attention to due diligence processes and ensuring quality financial analysis to assist in completing loan applications. You will also need to possess excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a commitment to contribute to a team environment.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a banking environment or the agricultural industry. Remuneration will be commensurate with ability and experience
