Demonstrated experience working in a complex organisation, with ability to work effectively in a high volume work area and accurately prioritise workload tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, to varied audiences and in writing, with attention to detail.
Understanding of, and commitment to, providing excellent customer service and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
Competency and accuracy in the use of information and communication technology, including standard software, with ability to learn new programs readily.
Ability to demonstrate initiative within the scope of a role and work under only broad supervision.
Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, private health insurance entitlements and compensable guidelines and policies.
Demonstrated understanding of health and medical terminology.
