SAP, Salesforce and excel knowledge will be an advantage
Qualifications
About the role
Undertake database management in SAP and Sales Force
High volume data entry
Assist the finance department with invoicing and processing credits
Maintain the customer database and customer service files
Action customer enquires both internal and external, via email or over the phone
Support the sales team to achieve service demands and customer expectations
Assist in managing incoming calls
Liaise with various departments in the organisation
Permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday
