Job Summary: Real People is a vibrant boutique casting and talent agency for film and television productions, commercials, catalogues and photographic work.

Job Details:

Our Objective is: "To provide to our Clients with a professional service; To supply a wide range of talents, models and different people for Television as well as Commercial & Photographic Work."

Please note: It is very important that only talent who are NOT represented by an agency apply. We will be unable to consider talent who are already signed to an agency.

Optional Fee Breakdown:

We would require professional looking photos in order to have members on our books and promote them

The Agency can arrange for a professional photos to be taken, and recommend a professional photographer at NO COST. However, the talent is at liberty to obtain photographs from his or her own sources provided that the photographs are of an acceptable quality.

NO upfront cost – NO Joining or registration fees.

• A fee of 15% will be deducted from the talent’s fee as an agency fee.

(Acting work-Film and Television) OR

• A fee of 20% will be deducted from the talent’s fee as an agency fee.

(Modelling work- Photography, Commercials, Promotions etc.)

This commission is only deducted from the jobs that we manage to find for talent.
