Job Summary: We are a highly successful digital agency based in Sydney Australia. We have grown massively over 3 years reaching UK and Ireland. And to support this fast growth, we are looking for a Sydney based, Account Manager.

Job Details: Responsibilities:
- Reaching both personal and team revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Effectively monitor performance against targets and KPIs and holding performance reviews
- Build and manage strong working relationships with internal staff and external clients
- Ability to present to individuals and groups and construct documents to support briefs and proactive proposals
- Proactively develop relevant briefs with new and creative ideas
- Forecasting & managing pipeline to improve revenue
- This is a 15-20 hours/week job with flexible hours, all we require is for you to be able to respond to emails immediately and show up on client meetings on time

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience within digital media marketing
- Knowledge in Google ads and SEO is preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
- Proactive mindset and attitude with strong initiative
- Ability to work well in a sales team environment but also autonomously
- Revenue driven and focused attitude; always looking for ways to better the service the client and drive more revenue for them and the agency.
