Apprenticeship Careers Australia currently has an awesome opportunities for motivated 1st Year Locksmith Apprentice to join our team located in Gladesville. Our client is a detailed Locksmith specialist, who have been in the business for 20 years. You will have the opportunity to learn skills and gain a qualification through training on two different worksites. Due to this the suitable apprentice will have to be varied and flexible.

Duties may include:

Producing and replicating keys, cylinders and automotive keys
Work on safes
Domestic and Commercial work
Use hand tools
Assemble and test lock mechanisms
Install and upgrade locks and hardware
Gain entry to buildings, cars and other automotive vehicles
Install and maintain door control devices/systems
Plan and prepare a master key system
Gain entry and reinstate fire and security containers

Main attributes we are looking for:

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Be willing to get a police check
Willing to obtain Security licence and White card
Attention to detail
Good listener and learner
Works well under pressure
Lives locally to Gladesville
