I ended September in 2018. I started chef de partie and then assisted the head chef menu planning and supervised the kitchen, after what (April 2018) I promoted to the Sous Chef. Managed food preparation processes, all team tasks and coordinated with front-of-house staff. May 2018 promoted to the Head Chef. I created the menus, ordered goods for the restaurant, communicate with suppliers, and making inventories with my chef’s, due to evolving my business sense. I filled out all the documents what HACCP plan requirements. But the main task was to organized kitchen and chef’s work, but work as one big united team.
