• Read the daily Journal and check if there is compliance that needs immediate actions; • Consolidate / collect and store data of crime incident within the province; • Monitor and assist the stations’ crime registrar in order to make them more efficient and effective in collecting data of crime incident and encoding thru CIRAS (Crime Information Recording and Analysis System); • Help the superior to coordinate with counterparts in other investigation units / agencies; • Prepare Monthly/Weekly UCPER (Unit Crime Periodic Report) prior submission to higher headquarters; • Perform other duties as directed by superior officers; • Attend inspection in ranks as scheduled; • Inform the Chief PIDMB (Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Branch) on the whole day office activities and sign-out the attendance for the day.
