I work for the Foodi group which operates a variety of specialized food and drink tours around Australia. My role is to organize the logistics of the tour prior to the tour day, by arranging samples with the venues, planning and preparation of the tour structure. Then on my day I am the tour guide providing insight about the product and information thoroughout the tour and also making sure the tour goes smoothly and enjoyable for all the patorns.
