To whom it may concern,  I'm Jasmine Airey. I am applying for any current positions available within the Bundaberg region.   I recently worked at Coffee Please Mate as a manager and barista. I was given the opportunity to run a café. I was in charge of rostering, organising staff and putting procedures in place. I also got to train people from employment agencies as a work experience/placement agreement after their course. Due to unfortunate events I had to leave. I have previously worked at McDonalds but specialising in McCafe in Victoria but unfortunately had to leave this position due to family relocating. I won 2 awards while working at McDonalds: Rookie of the Year (2016) and Service Person of the Year (2017)  in recognition of my hard work and excellent customer service.  My passion for making amazing coffees for my customers continues to grow each day. I know a great deal about coffee and continue to learn and research more ways in which I can improve.  Last year I completed a Certificate III Retail which gave more insight into the customer service and the workings of a business such as achieving sale targets and prioritising tasks.  Please find my attached resume. Just a heads up I started and ended in 2018, the site only goes up to 2017. As a manager I was responsible for all staff. I would do up rosters and procedures.
