Description:

(no option to choose april 2018)  Provided front of house services for various companies. I was the main point of contact for customers and visitors and the key duties consisted of administrative tasks, answering the phone and welcoming visitors. I handled multiple channels of customer interaction and answered to all enquiries in a timely fashion. I was trained in multitasking, planning and most of all customer service. Something else I gained from this job was problem solving skills, which were very important.
