Pizza Cafe at the Grand was originally created in 1994 by Don Carrazza, then owner and operator of Mildura Grand Hotel. The cafe moved several times within the hotel complex until being placed in its current location on Langtree Avenue and incorporated the wine bar that was operating in that area.
