We make our bases in the traditional way, fresh every morning to ensure a 'double rise' throughout the day. In the evening, our bases are rolled onto lightly oiled trays, the dough rises again and the bases are ready. The pizzas are made fresh when you order, with no extra fats or oils added, making our bases light and crispy with a genuine traditional yeasty flavour. Our pizzas are then loaded with toppings, so generous that they will generally feed 2-3 adults.
